How are delicate 3D prints packaged to prevent transit damage?

Every print is cushioned in multiple layers of shock-absorbent bubble wrap and packed snugly inside heavy-duty corrugated cartons with void fillers. In the extremely rare event of any transit damage, simply send us an unboxing photo or video on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery, and we will reprint and dispatch a replacement free of charge.

What materials and filaments do you use?

We use high-grade virgin PLA+ (non-toxic, eco-friendly, vibrant colors, and high impact strength) and PETG (for heat resistance and functional durability). For intricate anime statues and collectibles, we also print with high-precision UV resin.

Can I request custom sizes, colors, or custom 3D models?

Absolutely! Because we manufacture everything in our studio, we can scale items to your exact dimensions, print in specialized colors (Silk Gold, Matte Black, Dual-Color Chameleon, Glow-in-the-dark), or print your own 3D files (STL, OBJ, 3MF). Just tap 'Chat on WhatsApp' to discuss.

How long does production and delivery take across India?

Ready-to-ship models are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Custom prints take 2–4 business days depending on size and print hours. Courier transit takes 3–5 business days pan-India with live doorstep tracking.
